Can I return earrings?

Yes as long as the earrings are unworn and returned to us in perfect condition.

Can I have my order shipped as a gift?

Yes, all orders are beautifully packed in out luxury white colour box and there is no invoice included.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business of receiving your return. Please allow another 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Is your jewelry waterproof?

Only jewelry in our “ Waterproof collection” is waterproof, sweat-proof, lotion-proof. Wear it in gym, in shower , on the beach except those with natural stones.

What gold plating do you use?

We use silver and rhodium plating for silver finish and from 0.5 to 2.5 micron gold plating for gold finish. 2.5 micron gold plating is called gold vermeil. Micron means how thick is gold plating is.

Will the ring turn my finger green?

No, it will not! All our rings are made of fine recycled sterling silver ( lead and nickel free) and plated with 2.5 micron gold . Rings with silver finish are plated with rhodium.

Is your jewelry suitable for very sensitive ears? 

Yes, all our jewelry is nickel-lead free, hypoallergenic.
