Return policy

We value our customer’s satisfaction! If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will always do that bit extra to make it right.

If for any reason you don’t absolutely love your order we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that for us to be able to accept your return, the items must be unworn and in good condition, and come wrapped in their original packaging. Don’t forget to include your name and order number in your package so that we can process your return.

We are not responsible for any costs and changes associated with returning your order.

Please post your package using Tracked and Signed For delivery to ensure it arrives safely with us:

We aim to refund all returns within five working days. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for returns which do not arrive safely with us.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returning a faulty item. 

Every piece is carefully examined before shipping. But if you think that your jewellery was not perfect please contact us within 48hrs of receipt . Contact email:  sparklezsilver@gmail.com and we will replace it free of charge. We offer free return shipping for faulty items only.

If you notice your mailing address is incorrect after the order has been processed, please email us immediately (sparklezsilver@gmail.com) so we can fix it for you before the package is dispatched.

Once the order is shipped, we will not be responsible for lost package due to address error, unknown address or undeliverable address will not be eligible for replacement nor refund. However, if the package does get returned and received by us, we can re-ship it again at no charge.

If your package goes missing, we will contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information and try our best to help locate your package. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is confirmed.
